this sounds awesome
Thanks!
What a wonderful plan. Have always been interested in tax liens, which is why I initially purchased the program, but this is exactly what could help us survive and even thrive in these extra scary times. Thank you so much for sharing. Look forward to learning more about this and joining in.
Thanks Dee Dee!
Great model however the numbers do no take into consideration The $10,000.00 concierge fee and the overbid numbers.
Right now I have 24 liens but it cost me a total of 40,000.00
Face value $26,194,$3693.00 overbid and $10,000.00concierge fee.
I like the model because as of right now I do not have any more money to invest.
Hi Steve! You’re talking about MS liens that have that overbid. While yes it’s a bit more challenging when an overbid is invovled, we’re working on how that can work to get most of your cash back. The idea for Concierge is it gets the pump going, ideally you’d buy on your own after that. I’ll let you know the plan soon.
Good finance management ideas on the spread.hands on interest investing.
Hi Chris, I agree it’s hands on, and most people trying to make it in RE investing expect some hands on.
The people that want the passive return are likely the lien interest buyers.
What we believe this solves is actually getting results from the hands on effort vs not finding any deals or spending a ton of marketing dollars like most “investors”.
Do you agree the effort would get easier each quarter? Ideally a couple of weeks out of each 3 month period is all it takes.
Thanks for feedback!
First of all, let me say thank you very much for the short video
I really like the module and I will like to get more info
Thanks
Thanks Mohammed!
Love it! Now I’m kind of hoping my current pricier ones don’t pan out. Finding that many investors could be a bit challenging at first and maybe making the tool something where we could prove we’re soliciting them legally and they showed several points of interest could help.
Thanks for feedback Sarah, and yes we’re looking at same procedure for the NY liens. Talk soon!

The model is timely and effective. I like the model and
expect to join soon.
Please factor in the following: We are both advanced in age,
and are seeking strategies for “short_term” returns where it
can be applied.
Thanks Sid! This is the shortest term i know of with the least amount of capital.
The only way to get “shorter” term is if you have a lot of capital for marketing to get
sellers to call you. That would mean a LOT of direct mail and internet leads etc.
and then you have to go meet them and get the contracts. Most people cannot achieve this.

One member standing by! Great model.
Sounds like a great plan.
Thanks Dave!

Thanks Sid!
Looks like a good idea and would be interested in this as well.
Thanks Dell!
Hi Corey:
It’s me again; would you please elaborate on results
for:
Just wholesaling each house per 3-month cycle;
Going in for a “new cycle” every 3 months,
with intent to buy and flip, rather than hold.
I cannot wait for the addition to the course. May
I request source to the paperwork and guide to
the actual lien purchase? Or this is premature.
I am already an active member and ready to get into
the model live, once properly trained.
Will do! Hopefully by next week!
